“Sure, last week i found a Bloomberg link reporting Airtrona a subsidiary of ABC. I did the search just on Airtrona and sifted through pages and pages, and then I came across it. First i had seen of it in nearly 6 yrs, and hadn't even heard of the ABC Group until then. My first post about it was "what is the ABC Group"!! I took a position here in Feb 2013 when the CCRY/Airtrona RM news came out. Airtrona was fine until the end of 2013 when a franchisee sued because their business wasn't making it in Michigan. Unfortunately for many folks who had taken positions, this news didn't make it out very quickly. Folks in the know were slowly dumping and folks that weren't in the know were averaging down getting "cheapies" (yeah right). All communications halted from Airtrona (ozone sanitation) headquarters after the last filings they put out in 2014. Come to find out the franchisee that sued in the amt of $82K actually won on a franchisor disclosure technicality. Airtrona appealed and lost again. So it has been off and on silence here since 2015. The OS has been reported just under 2.5B shares for the entire time Ive been invested here along with an AS of 2.5B, but then it was noticed earlier this year that the AS on OTC Markets had been updated to 5B. That is beautiful to $1B+ companies looking to purchase a dormant shell at a discount. Then fastforward to last week. 4 sites are discovered reporting Airtrona as a subsidiary of ABC Group, which is currently reported as a private company. MrMeticulous came on board and has gone nuts about it because ABC was purchased by Cerberus in 2016. Cerberus, of course, only invests in companies in financial distress. Add to this Airtrona's website going offline sometime last week. Then EZMoney also posted last week that there was a new sign on the Airtrona corporate building. I am not sure how long ago they vacated, but we now know the new tennant is BarterPay thanks to EZmoney. So my conclusion has been that Airtrona the ozone sanitation company is finished, and that is music to my ears after watching this thing over the last 6 years.”
