Why is the ask @ .20 right now? Is it just that it is too early? I was placing a buy in my ETrade and saw that.

Thanks for your reply Fish:
I agree with you, I don't think this is a scam either. I am long with 275,000 shares, solely based on the huge risk - reward potential.
My big concern is with the lack of competency demonstrated so far. From what I can see, Petar, and the CEOs before him are a one-man show...with very little evidence of a competent support staff that can handle the transition from country-bumpkin plywood supplier to a world class Building materials supplier. Is there a savvy controller, accounting dept, contracts department, logisitics, supply chain, etc?
Petar is obviously an operations guy...and great at it. Making the big deals, working the connections, etc.
But what about the supporting apparatus?
Who is going to manage these big contracts ? Who is going to monitor costs, performance, schedules, etc ? If they can't do the little things right, they sure won't be able to do the big things right.
That's my fear, Fish. Cost, schedule, performance ! Those are the factors that come into play AFTER the deals are done. Can a company that can't figure out how to use spell check on Press Releases and figure out what format protocol to use on SEC submissions be ready to be a billion dollar company, as some have predicted?. Petar needs a savvy support staff to bring all the pieces together. He's a one-man show right now.
If SLJB can't cut it, there are dozens of Building Supply companies in Canada or the US that can fill that role. Emaar and Wessal will dump SLJB quicker than a hot potato.
So whether it's a scam or incompetence, it really doesn't matter. In both cases, the PPS implodes and we all lose money.
Those are my concerns...and I'm praying that my fears are unfounded.

Agree, Fish....There MUST be more to the story than what has been revealed publicly.

Last Monday on the 20th, when PV mentioned that he was advised of the A/F's being completed, and, would be in his hands for review by "weeks end" .

There were some longterm members on this board that confidently suggested that PV ALREADY had the A/F's in his hands when he made that PR on the 20th......that is how he could promise that the A/F's would be in his hand later, then he would release after review.

So what happened ? If PV did in fact gave the A/F's in hand last Monday, as some were convinced, then why didn't he pick up the "wording problems in translation" back last week, and, take procedures to rectify LAST week before the EID 3 day holiday period ??

Did these board members really have accurate information ? If they did, then this is another mystery that is ongoing in the Sulja story.

In any case, we are here now, and, I for one, am pleased that there was communication from Petar yesterday.....that at least is a positive......it was not necessarily the news that I wanted, however, it is much better than the alternative of not having ANY news at all .

Nothing is worse that zero communciation.

So, I do believe, there is more than meets the eye, with SLJB.

It does seem odd, that PV seems to be a one man show, keeping in mind that he is currently :

1) Now running the show of Sulja Bros., construction, or whatever;

2) Handling the details of the SAM acquisition;

3) Handling the new plans for new retail store, opening in Dec, Windsor;

4) Handling the new $20 project from Kore ....what was it a health spa, or something ?

Plus.....I don't think business is grinding to a halt as everyone awaits the AFs release. PV mentioned a new cement deal as well as there will some merger/acquisition news.

Then there is the lumber mill(s) negotiations; tire recycling plants; design depots; lumber contracts; ongoing negotiations with Wessal/Emmar partnership for ME projects and supply chain logistics.....

ALL this is being handled by 1 person ?? Plus the IR responsibilities ? Plus the audits?

Can we call Petar Superman yet ??

IMO...this cannot continue, and, most likely will not. Our Wessal friends will most likely tie everything together in a nice little package, all of their North American offices/staff.
Will it be a merger with CCC, or someone else ?

Many answers yet to be revieled....the only thing that is sure, is that nobody, HERE, really knows what is going on.

I do believe that Petar has the A/F's; whatever is the hold up ( if it really is the wording translation )....

I just hope that we can finally move past this stage, and, move forward to what seems to be a very, very profitable road.
