I think these plays go in cycles. My approach to penny stock trading has been working for me. I like to have a list of penny stocks that are unlikely to do RS. I look for reaonable SS, and low toxic debt. I look for volume and entering when they gone way down. Near their 52 weeks lows if possible. Just my way, others have different views. I learn not to marry them, take those profits. There should be another good play for an entry.
