No way Peter is going to discuss the cost of the audit as it is a private contract. You can elicite an idea of the cost by looking at the proformas that state the acctg/legal costs to be $4 million whereas the 5/31/06 financials show they recorded $100K.

Petar has never done this public CEO thing before and IMO didn't know what it would take. I think it's been a surprise to him.
