CIA wouldn't be close to the Cali Cartel, for one. Many others would shift more too, i reckon. On my only search i got cartels ranked. The one above was picked up which, though just started it and it will take me awhile to get through it (i wander), i'm guessing it will bring us pretty well up to date.
