So, obvious TMPS would have to already have certified planes to even be invited to bid. Otherwise, what's to stop someone off the street from bidding. Kinda like TMPS coming off the street saying they want to bid. And, we don't have certified planes not even one. But, we want to fuel your aircraft carrier planes. Too funny.

This would be a good post, maybe even a game changer.. if there was any detail to backup your claims.

We have all read the RFP, but somehow missed that page? I think not.
What you are missing in this post is detail to support your statement.
Can you quote the specific section in the RFP you refer to, and provide evidence that this is not being met?
