Sometimes the investment community needs a day or two for the news to be BETTER UNDERSTOOD- and for more due diligence to occur. Some answers were apparently given via official company social media that helped to clarify post market.

It is my strong opinion - that $RSHN will have a very validating trading session tomorrow signaling the momentum churn back north.
