supyoscn, thanks for your detailed reply. Your strategy, while exciting for some, causes far too much stress for me, especially when the CEO can never be trusted (except by his cronies).

Without boring you with details, I failed so many times in my industry when I was first starting out and it took persistence that lead to one successful venture and from there my career took off. After so many failures, a lot of people in my industry would not take me seriously. But some did, and that’s all I needed

Bashing Rik for his past failures will not deter us. We are all fully aware of them, and as long as he still has an admittedly terrific product that now is in more need than ever; along with his other great IPs, you will not convince us to walk away

And the strategy of painting him as a sleaze bag crook and criminal just will not work either.

I was a failure, it doesn’t mean that I was a liar, crook and out to steal peoples money. It just meant my time hadn’t come. And the people who did not take me seriously back then, are kissing my behind now.

And if Rik succeeds, all the people who are bashing him now will kiss his behind as well.

Failure is an orphan, success has many fathers; and if this succeeds, then suddenly everybody will pretend like they believed in the company from the get go

supyoscn, that is the trap of the penny stock market;

People think if a company has a legitimate product or business it makes a stock better than the other 95% of the stocks you speak of.

Business does not matter on penny stocks. period. Buyers vs. Sellers and what a company does with their stock is all that matters. Some with the best businesses never do anything and those that have no business but are a popularity contest explode and make money for those smart enough to sell when they do. Someone asked today when the discounted stock sales will decrease or end. Since NPHC spends over $10 for every $1 they bring in; the late 10-Q due by Monday will most likely show another increase in debt and obligations.
