Based on the added shares, it would make sense for them to re-evaluate their PT. And $8 would sure be a nice ROI from $1.75 today, and a welcome move for current shareholders.

Titan needs to excite investors, new and current shareholders alike, plain and simple. Imperative to get the $3.20 warrant money before the end of this year.
