Dividend announcement policy or dividend policy? =D

I actually read the report this time.

It says "For year 2018: $0.05 / share to be declared and payable during Q4 2018, ex-dividend and payment dates to be determined."

Now if you plan to PAY dividend during Q4 you declare it 2-3 months before payment. Declaration will have payment amount and date.

Siaf is doing completely own style "dividend announcement policy" it's not declaration, it's just an intention to try to most probably....
Basically all that it is is that it's not a declared dividend. And they have no date in mind, obviously as late as possible will come a declaration(!)... ...maybe... payable Q4 but we can't declare it... ..and have no date...

they dont have a policy that's functional. it's written as a backdoor to not pay.
