jose0505, great post. You are absolutely correct. The key are the words "contract option".

"The Company has requested an extension of this contract option period through December 2018."

Also, notice that KBLB has "requested" an extension. There is always the possibility that the Army will not grant the extension. Then they will be really screwed.

I will add that i beleive our work on the original shootpacks is done, we have done our part by giving the third party the desired material for the shoot packs. Obviosuly the contract will not be complete until completion and delivery of the shootpacks but KBLB has done their part, now its up to the third party to create the desired shoot packs.

i think you are partially correct sick.. i think the extension is specifically requested on the option phase not the base contract

i never mentioned base contract,only the option,just like the 10q
