Now that theory I can support.

I have been thinking that Rik is holding off on giving any serious news, because there is still a lot of dilution going on, and he doesn’t want to make an announcement that gets the PPS jumpstarted only to have it crushed by the dilution.

I’ve been told that it happened to him before and he got into a fight with the note holder about it

The Q will not be good. You can take a chance on 4s and 5s for a possible double up, but it could drop to no bid as well if Rik decides to screw all current shareholders with a RS.
