I would have thought that you would have wanted KBLB to make delivery to the Army on time. After all, the Army is their ONLY customer. And KBLB doesn't make much money if they don't make delivery. In addition, it doesn't speak well for a company to over-promise and under-deliver (which is exactly what KBLB has done for 10 years).
