Mr. Willingham has served as a director since March 2012. Since June 2002, Mr. Willingham has been a principal at Willingham Services, which provides consulting advice for a diverse portfolio of clients and constituencies regarding strategic considerations involving complex litigation across a variety of industries, including energy, financial services and varying wholesale/retail products. Mr. Willingham is a member of the Trust Advisory Board and Litigation Subcommittee of WMI Liquidating Trust (the “Trust”).
