Agree - Ken needs to be given a chance. I wish he had enough cash in the company coffers (say a $100 million) that would have bought him some time too.
Now he has look at the clock (over which he has no control) and the cash register (he has made cuts in spending to control the outflow of cash, but given the meager reserves at hand, is cutting 24% of the workforce enough to sail the choppy seas for another 6 months without any adverse events?)
As far as those 70 year olds....come on, kids will be kids. A ball game and some beer can bring those pranksters together once again.
