It cost money to convert your Preferred shares to common shares, so Losing your money is NOT Smart when you don't Have to.

1- After next Reverse Split We can Convert and Make Money.
2- Our Preferred shares Do Not Expire, therefore, no Need to convert them Now.
3- WRFX share prices Will Not Go Down because of All the Negative postings here.
