You can't prove anything about pro forma financials right now because pro forma means "future". It's a loose prediction.
You may have your terms mixed up. If you're going to be a wiseguy, you might as well make sense. lol There are:
1) unaudited fins... which lead to audited fins
2) pro forma... which lead to future quarterly and yearly filings.
Right now, we're at the stage of having seen unaudited fins, and are waiting for the audited version. Next (future), we'll get quarterly filings which will tell us whether the pro forma is on track.
