the crime is the selling of forgeries.

The crime is allowing brokerages to sell about 30% more than they thought were real shares.


Except, the original 240 million were supposedly counterfeit, until Megas was legally forced to issue shares to back those.


There's a crazy web of lies, compounded by more lies. Brokerages were lied to, DTC lied and was then lied to by the SEC. SEC repeatedly lies and knows they lied. Even lied to Senators.


Thankfully, the lies have paper documents that explain all the lies.
