You can try filing an arbitration claim and try to get those prices. The days of 40 cents are long gone since TDA is now up to date with why they were unable to deliver. Scottrade's 75 cents was a great legal move by Todd but one they will no longer repeat.

They are not, and never will pay out $120 Million to $225 Million for a stinky pinky with no assets, no operations, no lost business potential, two insider con artists, and a myriad of fraud.

They will however consider last pre lock trade and some interest.
