zoro, I am no accountant, but goodwill write-offs are quite standard with companies. We can only assume he is smart enough not to be doing anything illegal or incorrect. He did tell me they were legitimate past business write-offs and will be used to counter income for tax purposes.
That would seem like a good idea if legal and doable, correct?
