LP, not standing in for AZ by any means, but thought I'd just make a comment to your post.

I would like to think that A&M has a handle on this, otherwise why would they have been paid all the monies they've had during this BK?

This has also been a nagging question for me. My conclusion and what I have to remind myself IMO is that we are but a flea on the dog. When the dog is ready to move, we go with it. We will only have standing and benefit by association, or we would be toast. Hopefully, we ARE aligned as WE believe. My cynical view is that we will, or have already somehow been screwed and don’t already know it.
