Like most here I would want some type of restitution but beyond that I want those responsible to suffer financially and ultimately with incarceration. I may only have 250,000 shares but there is a greater principal at stake here - what safeguards does the market have to protect shareholders of any security.
So whats the next step? Will we have to submit anything? We shouldn't have to. Our accts and the cost basis associated for our shares should be the only proof we need and our brokers should have to just refund us our money based on the numbers showing on our accts for BCIT..., ideally with interest.
