So we found a subgroup from Sunrise trials that appear to respond well how do we quantify and monetize that. Well they probably would give us a Phase 3. Great $40 MM we do not have to chase a success that is FAR FAR from guaranteed. 5 years from inception to NDA application. So let's spend money we do not have for results we cannot guarantee. Looks like a recipe for the next RS.....

Threes, right on target!! The desperation search for sub-groups using post-hoc data mining has a long history of causing even more losses for unsophisticated investors. You are right to be very skeptical. Beware!
