Penny stock LOIs are PR'd every day of the week. I can't think of examples, but it's happened.

LOI recently did nothing for ticker.....

SPRV, super solid reverse merger with a growing last mile courier company.
LOI on or around July 4th or maybe it was last week of June.
Ticker actually went from .0002 to .0001
It gets decent volume but has seen no bid many times everyday since then.
It has a chance to go once they become current and release an 8-K
but the LOI did nothing.

When was the last time a LOI was released and the PPS did not go up?
