I don't see it like you...he didn't brake his word...he said he hoped to have them out monday....I am guessing he hoped Ramadan would'nt interfere but it did...and has stated clearly that was the situation and now that ramadan is over they can fix the issue and release the Af's....?
Your in pinkland ...of course the market will take advantage of that because they know the AF's wont be out today..but Peter was smart this time and didn't say a word as to when they would be out. Using deductive reasoning, you factor in when Ramadan ends and what you think the problem is ...a problem with the wording ..he didn't say numbers...and how long that will take to fix.. SLJB has to answer to not just Western investors.
