Could be, it's a good theory. All I know is that something extremely wrong has been happening with the trading on this for weeks and weeks.

The design of the plant was no good. The amount of Capex to contruct a 30 kT was way too high. A 20-30 kT is for most (bio-)chemical producers a pilot facility. 145 $ million for a pilot plant is a whopping amount. A typical pilotplant at an brownfield site wil cost someting like 30 million $ for a 20 kT/y. My guess is that there will be no bidder at all.
