I have looked into it and can not find anything to substantiate those rumors. I suggest others do not waste their time going down that rabbit hole. Looking at GYOG is a complete waste of time.
There has been no reverse split here and none is planned. What is planned is a merger. The CEO said she would get current with Nevada and did.
