Hahaha. Wow, well we're all f&*$ed if that's truly our biggest shareholder ha, and I've misread this to a new extreme. Temasek invests in Verb. Temasek funds Longtai, gaining significant ownership. Verb buys out Titan because while they want their software across platforms, they still need a flagship they can rely on i.e. control. Temasek gets paid back on the longtai investment with their own money and at a huge paper premium. But they still own a stake in Titan via the ownership on Verb, thus continuing to see the residuals. I dunno. Just a thought
