They haven't delayed their financials for months..I do not understand your logic. They were just completed by the Auditors..that was out of SLJB's control as it has to be. SLJB just got the financials and now they have to fix what I really think to be a minor issue and the reason why it wasn't able to be done early this week was because of Ramadan. I am saying it's like trying to fix a problem on Christmas morning I do not know of another analagy. The end of Ramadan is especially for many not a time -even reputable businesses big and small for conducting business. By that I mean the last few days. That's all I can say. This is a business in the West as much as it is in the ME. I don't see how SLJB has held us up for months...?

andrius - no financial reporting at the Christmas time. As a matter of fact 12/31 year end reporting (10K) can be as late as 5 months after year end or 5/31.

So SLJB be 5/31 + 5 months = 10/31 Seems like it is in the normal time frame of reporting.
