BeachBum - no, they had Rebel Networks (or, at least, said they did in numerous news releases). Rebel Networks was a real company with actual revenue, unlike Brazos, which is only has a medical device concept, that will face strong headwinds when/if they pursue FDA Clearance. For anyone who is new here and feel compelled to trade on the Pink Sheets, my advice is to never buy unless you know the terms of acquisitions and/or financings. If there is no revenue or cash reserves to facilitate these corporate actions, the shareholders are the ones who will get torched.
