So much for the LD Micro index for BYOC. They withdrew their SEC registration on August 20th. Next will be an OTC downgrade from OTCQB to the pinks.
What a knee slapper this company is. Zero assets, 11 million liabilities and no revenues.

I’m just wondering when the 1:300 R/S will be to uplist to NASDAQ I guess people keep forgetting they want to uplist well they ain't getting there with this market cap without a R/S
