Not seeing that on record. OTC has one in 2013 but the State of Nevada is showing no change. OTC Markets site is rarely accurate anyway. Besides ADHC reduced their outstanding shares buy 140,000,000 back in April. I don't see them doing that then doing an R/S. makes no sense.
