Current Market Cap is $239,116.20 - The SHELL IS WORTH MORE than that. Super undervalued here especially if this Riggs Contracting reverse merges in and brings along with it 10's of millions in revenue (maybe more) considering their portfolio of work - http://www.riggscompanies.com/portfolio
