Once the assets become available for THE NEWCO to use, there is where the value will be!
But the fun part imho is that we will get paid FOR THOSE ASSETS as the OLD and COLD and will also get the benefit of being able to use them in THE NEWCO and thus the PPS will go up large!!!!!!!!
