I would think that if Rufus is half as brilliant as you guys think he is, he would've never gotten himself into a situation where he was representing himself against the SEC. Do you not understand what a daunting task that is? I think the only way you could possibly stack the deck against yourself more is to be representing yourself against the IRS. He's screwed.

So maverick - hopefully everyone is begginning to see that all the "spinning" was coming from the Rufus/GSM/pumper camp. The reason you thought the "bashers" were spinning is because your world was turning so fast it seemed like the rest of us were moving.

But I assure you, we were standing quite still.

Even now Rufus spins - by claiming HE set up the SEC hearing, when it's quite obvious by reading the docket that the SEC had a little party planned just for him.
