Well they fully complied with the sec by releasing the 14a, but didn’t have a date... we think that because something is brewing that they want their ducks in a row. But expect that soon. They KNOW they won’t have the votes without press to explain what’s going on. So expect that as well, and soon. I’m sure stradle will weigh in here too.
