The value of the MariMed shares provides a floor. There is little risk in losing money unless MariMed tanks, which is pretty unlikely.

Nice moving the goalposts here, but of course a remand is not an "unfavorable decision", it's just not the ideal decision. If you are in for the long haul, a remand decision is just another step in a long process.

A remand is not necessarily bad news for WDDD, but bad news for its shareholders.

Now an unfavorable decision by CAFC, as in they kill more patents or all patents which is highly unlikely in my opinion, that is bad news..very bad news...

We all will see in the near future as all indications is they should have a decision by end of next month, but could be any day.
