<I just countered that I don't recall the major houses ever recommending less than 50% equity allocation in the last 5-years.> i missed the EVER.
<I guess I don't see where we disagree.> you are correct, my apology.
But it looks like the big houses will not be pushing up allocation(they are at max now), but holding steady.
By the way Abby is back in her glory and gloating, we can't have that:)
But her resurrection does fit phase three of the 4 cycle psychology of a Bear Market.
Phase 3, the premature return of the bulls as they start dancing happily on visions of BOOM ahead.:)
I see i am wrong saying Banc America is 70%, it is 75%.
I was just talking with my very sharp and bright new broker that i followed to RBC-DainRauscher.
He and i concur that GS being now at 75% is of major signifigance.
One they are going to do their damndest to keep this market rolling up.
And then at somepoint they are going to then re-allocate down to possibly lower than 60% WITHOUT ANY public notice, and this WILL BE the TOP.
When they have finished selling, then and only then, will they announce a new allocation recommendation.

Charts! Just wondering if anyone can see this as a possibility.
Play the CSCO Gap?...Let's look at QQQ 1st...CSCO 2nd chart

QQQ could fall further than I have outlined on a % basis 4 - 5 - 6 - ?%
.
.
Now...CSCO...look up Aroon and Aroon Osc. http://stockcharts.com/education/IndicatorAnalysis/index.html
