So in conversations some people say a reverse split has no material effect if the amount of authorized shares remain the same. I looked it up in Investopedia. It is a net lose/gain of zero. If you reverse split a stock then increase the authorized shares, then you the previous shares lose relative value.

So if WRFX consolidates toxic debt, does a Reverse Stock Split and lower the authorized shares and have a clear path to revenues -- that would be lobster-rific.
