It’s a little bit of American Smoke, VGR Media, Simple Cork and somehow the picture of that BS PR issued in March 2017 “Vapor Group opening Easy Grinder Manufacturing Facility in China” comes to mind LOL.

Wait until they have to issue millions of shares to the executives of the private company and pretend its non-dilutive because it’s preferred stock — right! LMAO That bit can be correlated with Simple Cork. Folks can ask those shareholders how they feel about that non-dilutive share exchange. Other than the inventor Ohayon that cashed out massive number of shares at the worse time, we could never figure out who the heck those phantom people were that were issued all those shares. Maybe other relatives?
