Champ5, At the early stages of testing the program there was no lender involved, and the company paid to implement the program.

Champ5, We now have funding for ZC... lots of it. As a result of the early success of the ZC program, I expect we will soon see friendlier funding replacing the convertible notes. JMHO Go ZNGY!
