OWCP wasn't and isn't a real company - real companies that go public build a business and then go public - OTCM scam find a a shell factory company and do a reverse merger.
Real companies do a IPO or the company finds a clean shell - not a tainted shell that was named in a SEC Complaint.
Now the SEC is investigating OWCP for fraud.
Only scam companies do a reverse merger and then sell shares and pump the stock to investors that they are going to build a real business just as OWCP has done!
