If Pasta doesn't have the money to payback the loan and being our stock price is at .004, IVFH might as well take back Joes 14.8 million shares for breach of his contract, give Pasta 10 million shares and own 100% of Pasta.
Why not LOL...Although IVFH really needs the cash right now.
What I don't understand is, since IVFH knew warrants were coming due why would they loan out money to Pasta? and keep loaning them money???
