buying shells is NOT a scam...pumping the shells as if they are going to have ongoing enterprises and not having a going concern is a scam...but there is no proof that shows they are scamming shareholders, in fact they are helping bagholders liquidate shares...and create wealth for peeps who buy in low and sell higher...where's the scam???
