Please explain to me why you think the AS is at all important...?

It can be adjusted up or down at anytime, it's a limit, but adjustable.

If they want to dilute more than the AS will allow, they just raise the AS or reverse split, then raise the AS and dilute. Especially in the OTC. For many OTC companies, this is the norm.

So if the AS can just be bent to fit the dilution needs, who cares what the AS is...? It'd appear to me that the OS and float matter waaaay more than the AS ever would.

And the OS and float here are fine.

So again, why are we at all concerned about the AS?
