Frankly, I am underwhelmed by that strategy. If you are in this for the long and waiting for the big payoff at the end, trying to predict the bottom to buy seems like a waste of time to me. If your price on the extra shares is .22 or .20 or .25 its not going to make a lot of difference if you are hoping to sell at, for example, $5.

I like your strategy to buy either way.

I made a very small buy today just to even out my current holdings (round numbers and all that).

I plan to buy more up to .40/share if the price starts to take off
-or-
I will buy twice as much if the price dips to .20/share

But only after the CAFC decision.
