At first when they used the term IPO on their website (based on how they used it and referenced RSHN, GRPS, and ENTI together) I thought they meant that they would do some kind of private share offering for XYZ Hemp Inc as a private entity then split the XYZ Hemp Inc business operations up between GRPS, RSHN, and ENTI by doing a share exchange between the private XYZ Hemp Inc and the individual public Issuers.

I reached out to Randy Goulding and asked about this issue and he informed me that everything was initially intended to be as like how things were mentioned above. I asked what has changed and he informed me that there will be more updates soon to explain everything to the public of these changes.

I also asked him about the Nevada SOS issue with RSHN and the Delaware SOS issue with GRPS and he informed me that those are not issues that will stop the companies from operationally moving forward. He told me that they are well aware of what is needing to be done financially and administratively and that those matters will be resolved.

I told him, well, I guess I will just have to wait for updates. I'm guessing that we should be seeing some kind of an update on twitter, PR, or filings soon.
