There are probably no short positions to cover because there is no uptrend. Short positions would be left open, based on the lack of uptrend IMO, and in hopes of seeing lower prices

True, it's happened for the past 3 months now. Right at the end of the month, POP!!! Then back down to the unfortunate reality in the dregs of .004 land.
