Nothing true about that statement. Anyone can read up on the Reg A process. The approval process is now starting over. They will be at the bottom of the stack for the SEC to review. SMH After the SEC the Reg A must be approved by the State. If approved the Reg A wont be implemented till late 2018 early 2019 if ever.
