The uncertainty is because of the way it trades sometimes.
HOWEVER....it's because of the Q status that we know they can't dilute and the last filing that was submitted in April shows the 129mm......it legally can't change.....but the trading action sometimes is unreal and makes you go hmmmmmmmm.
The Transfer Agent said she had not received an updated share count from the Company, but was also not aware of any shares being issued to any Warrant holders so she didn't have any evidence it was higher than 129M. Only the Company has the accurate number.
